We also offer belly dance, hatha yoga, pilates, TRX, alpinning and bosu classes. We organize summer intensive exercise courses with instructors.

Sports and relaxation centre. We offer a variety of sports such as spinning, circuit training, drill tabata, piloxing, drum fit, weight training etc. There is a Finnish sauna and a pleasant sitting area with a children's corner. During the summer holidays we organize suburban camps.

Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.
