We offer an intensive conditioning training program for the general public and athletes based on the United States Army recruit camp.

I offer classes in various forms of exercise - bosu, AE-body, fitball, power yoga, bodyforming, health exercises, etc. I also exercise with children. Exercise is not only for healthy individuals, but also for those who have movement disorders, back pain from unilateral load or spinal defects. Possibility of massages.

We offer individual training, group lessons (max 12 people) and closed courses for children and adults. Group classes: circuit training, body form, pilates, tabata, zumba, yoga, healthy back and feet, compensatory exercises, dance classes for children, postpartum and diastasis exercises, women's strengthening.

We provide space for group exercise and the HEAT program.
