Our fitness center and website are currently in the phase of gradual reconstruction. We want to improve, expand and move the space forward - without losing its character. We want to preserve what we value most - a place where people know each other, support each other and love to come back.

I offer the services of a trainer in body shaping. I provide counseling.

Personal trainer and physiotherapist. I am involved in coaching, group and individual training. I also educate and train instructors for sports, sports rehabilitation and nutrition programs.

We operate a fitness centre. There is a gym for fitness, competition or rehabilitation training. We provide training plans for complete beginners. Sports nutrition can be purchased.

Fitness studio with a focus on group classes (circuit training, strength training, HIIT, self weights, Supermoms, yoga, pilates, fit bellydance). Our workouts are for everyone, they are fun, original and you will achieve your goals thanks to them.

We offer fitness - gym, aerobics, yoga, zumba, fit ball, circuit training and reduction courses. We provide comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations. We offer personal trainers, individual training plans and diet plans. We organize summer sports holidays in the Czech Republic and abroad and skiing events.

We offer fitness, gym, solarium, VacuShape, lymphatic drainage, TRX, fitbox, Bosu, Zumba, pilates, yoga and many other group classes. We provide the possibility of arranging sports courses and workshops.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.
