We are the first multifunctional fitness centre in Brandýs nad Labem. On an area of 750 m², you can find an air-conditioned fitness centre, where you will find fitness and combat sports enthusiasts, functional training and group classes such as yoga, circuit training, tabata, TRX, twerk and more.

Outdoor indoor gym, indoor hall with modern facilities, group lessons K2 hiking, circuit training, bosu, TRX, body barre, yoga and pilates, personal training, sports, relaxation and lymphatic massages, kinesiotaping, we accept multisport, edenred, sodexo cards.

Running a gym primarily focused on cardio. We offer zumba, pilates, alpinning, indoor cycling, fitball, circuit training and more. Refreshments available at the bar.

We offer a combination of strength and conditioning training with a functional approach and modern physiotherapy. Our way is sustainable progressive strength/conditioning training based on musculoskeletal diagnosis, movement screening, optimal movement biomechanics, exercise technique and effective training setup.

Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

In our fitness centre, everyone can work out. We have here a quality cardio zone machines brand Green sport Life Fitness, Precor, one-hand dumbbells 1 to 58 kg. Group tabata classes, circulars, individual lessons with trainers, boxing.
