The restaurant is mainly focused on South American and Latin American cuisine, marginally also Spanish cuisine, the concept of the menu is in the form of tapas, small dishes with a minimum of side dishes. The menu is described as "Fine Street Food", a pub and lively bar atmosphere.

Inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, our chefs cook with quality ingredients that they personally select. For lamb, aged local beef, pork and country poultry, they go to the Mikrofarma maturing and butchery in Brno, and from the refrigerated display case you can choose fresh fish and seafood.

We operate a hotel restaurant. Knights' Hall of the hotel restaurant reflects the atmosphere of the late Middle Ages. It was originally a riding hall. The restaurant is suitable for events and banquets. The wine list focuses on high quality wines of domestic production.

GILDA defines the gastronomic culture of northern Spain and offers varied dishes of PINTXOS and TAPAS. All this accompanied by a wide range of Spanish wines by the glass and carefully selected cocktails.

Blackdog is a lively restaurant in the city centre. We have a carefully curated seasonal menu of mainly North and Latin American cuisine, focusing on honest burgers, texmex and Texas bbq. We also offer beer specials, wines and coffee under the Blackdog brand.
