Gothic Kašperk, founded in 1356 by Charles IV, is the highest royal castle in Bohemia. It offers guided tours (entry with dogs allowed) and a freely accessible courtyard with seating and refreshments. The castle is alive with culture, especially theatre and events.

Operation of the castle. During the tour, visitors will visit the castle chapel of St. Lawrence, the Švamber Hall with a vaulted ceiling, which contains examples of replicas of period weapons and armour, period clothing from the Gothic period, ceramics, glass and also pewter utensils.

Litoměřice Castle is a former Gothic royal castle, which was part of the city walls. It has been protected as a cultural monument since 1964 and is one of the oldest buildings in Litoměřice.
