We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

We operate a squash centre with a climbing wall, table tennis, gym and solarium. We offer classes in Zumba, Bosu, Pilates, H.E.A.T., Kickboxing or Jazz and Latin dance. We also offer children's exercise classes, massages and body styling.

An umbrella organization for the promotion and development of new circus in the Czech Republic. We provide a training space for new circus that is fully adapted to this artistic genre. We offer artistic residencies for professional troupes.
