Los Podolos is a joint project of several sports enthusiasts who desperately needed a place like this in this part of the city. We're not one of the biggest gyms, but the nearly 200 m2 of exercise space provides plenty of room to play sports while maintaining our moose atmosphere.

Operation of a multifunctional sports ground. We realize the following activities: fitness, beach volleyball, tennis, h.e.a.t. program, spinning, circuit training, TRX, aerobic exercise, massage, Thai massage, sauna, solarium, yoga, pilates, SM system, zumba, fitbox, body, problem zones, core, tabata, kinesiology, etc.

We run a sports centre for children and adults. We offer tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find table tennis tables and a mirror gym for 22 exercisers.

Offering healthy back exercise classes, bodystyling, balance surfaces, circuit training. We focus mainly on strengthening and rehabilitation forms of exercise. In addition to group classes, we also offer individual lessons. We also have classes for children, exercise for the elderly, exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth.

FitnessACTION - modern gym for those who want to train differently. Top equipment, stylish environment and experience instead of mass. Cardio zone, strength training, pro boxing ring and locker rooms where you don't really change with resistance. Long hours and unattended entry, you train when you want and no waiting.

Operation of a professionally equipped and air-conditioned gym. Offering guided training for groups and individuals, fitness and nutrition advice. There is a bar with summer garden, badminton, tennis, volleyball, netball, turnkey sporting events.

Operation of a fitness center with the possibility of using the services of a personal trainer. Thai boxing or boxing training. We offer conditioning Thai boxing and kickboxing, MMA, hardcore training, BJJ, circuit conditioning, self-defense, Thai boxing for kids 9-15 years old and preparation for Spartan Race or Predator Race.

Operation of softball and baseball fields. Organizing tournaments. Offering clubhouse, field, field house and parking.

Sports club with 10 tennis courts and a multipurpose gym, modern facilities, restaurant and parking. We offer court rental, tennis academy for children from 4 years old and adults, fitness lessons, tennis racket service, restaurant with all-day operation.

An umbrella organization for the promotion and development of new circus in the Czech Republic. We provide a training space for new circus that is fully adapted to this artistic genre. We offer artistic residencies for professional troupes.
