We're a gym. Workout, dumbbells, gymnastic equipment, treadmills and exercise bikes to warm up. Ability to work out individually or with our personal trainers. CROSSFIT or HYROX type workouts appeal to you. We have a BCROSS RUN training group. The perfect combination of speed, strength and endurance.

Our aim is to form a positive relationship between children and exercise and sport in general. We focus on the basics of sports gymnastics for children from the age of three through games and coaching older children with the option of private lessons with the basics of sports gymnastics.

Operation of the hockey stadium.

Our complex offers unique training facilities for athletes of all levels. We specialize in American football, but we also welcome athletics, hockey and other sports. Our experienced coaches help develop the maximum potential of individuals and teams in an inspiring environment.

We provide gymnastics courses for beginners and advanced competitors.

The complex is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the middle of Hostivařský lesopark, it is suitable for the general public, families with children and all lovers of nudism. It offers a wide range of gastronomic establishments and sports lovers will also find something to enjoy - beach volleyball, wake train, paddleboards, pedal boats, boating.
