For more than ten years I have been providing massages that help not only athletes, but anyone who desires relaxation and pain relief. I focus on working with muscle tension, back pain, and problems with herniated discs.

I do craniosacral therapy. It is a gentle gentle method that leads to the promotion of self-healing processes in the body. Just as it can store in cellular memory the emotional and physical traumas experienced, it can process and release them under the right conditions.

You can take advantage of both exercise and massage. All under one roof. Unfortunately, the building has stairs, that's the only drawback. I perform different types of massages such as: relaxation, health, lymphatic along with vacu pants, reflexology, honey and lava stones. Otherwise the environment is very pleasant.
