Welcome to the bistro. We are located in the picturesque town of Sumperk near the train station and we are very happy to offer you an extraordinary experience of Italian cuisine. In our bistro we focus on fresh pasta, sauces and desserts.

Our specialty is fresh pasta that we make ourselves every day. We offer our customers different shapes and flavours of pasta and even pasta made from gluten-free flour. Always fresh and high quality ingredients are the basis for the preparation of all our dishes.

The Old Mill offers a combination of Czech tradition and milling craft with Italian gastronomy. We organize weddings, banquets, corporate events and conferences, catering and food delivery.

In our restaurant we prepare all dishes from fresh ingredients, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven for all who like to enjoy this popular Italian specialty. We offer seating in our garden with a children's corner.
