Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We are an association specializing in teaching self-defense Krav Maga for children and youth. The civilian version of Krav Maga for adults is for all adults regardless of physical condition, it is for men and women of any age.

We operate a MUAY THAI and K-1 school, as well as classical boxing, circuit and functional training. All for children and adults in different performance categories.
