We provide social services of personal assistance, promote volunteering, carry out charitable work and help people in need. We provide care for people with reduced self-sufficiency due to illness, age or disability mainly in their own homes.

Providing comprehensive social services to clients with changing health status. We provide assistance with personal hygiene and coping with common personal care tasks. The service is for adults with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and other types aged 60 and over.

We are a contributory organization established by the Municipality of Prague 4. We offer nursing services, residential respite services, day care, senior clubs, informal care centre and more. Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

We operate a 100-bed retirement home and a 110-bed special needs home as well as a 7-bed day care facility. We also provide respite services. We provide professional social counselling.
