The Roof is a vegan restaurant and café staffed by people with experience of homelessness or who are serving time. Our specialty is traditional Czech and Eastern European cuisine in its non-traditional plant-based version.

We operate a restaurant with a capacity of 90 seats. We serve international and Czech cuisine. There is a garden for 30 people.

Offer of Czech and international cuisine including fish and game, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Possibility to use the summer terrace and pond with a grassy beach.
