Since June we have been brewing our own beer Frymburk 11 from our microbrewery. We offer pizza from the stone oven. The capacity of the restaurant is 80 seats. There is a menu for groups and outdoor seating on the terrace (60 and 20 seats). Organization of private celebrations (wedding, birthday, christening) and corporate events.
Welcome to the place where you can enjoy famous fish specialties and other great dishes. We also offer accommodation in newly built apartments. The fish comes from our ponds, which are right next to the restaurant, so you can rely on its freshness.

We operate a brewery, beer is prepared here with an emphasis on the highest standard of raw materials in the technologies of the renowned manufacturer Kaspar Schulz. All beers produced in the Solnice brewery meet the criteria for the "Czech beer" label. They are unfiltered and unpasteurised.

We're a family-owned flying brewery. Our beers are characterized by a higher bitter taste that lingers gently on the tongue. All year round we brew Pale 10°, Pale Lager 12°, Semi-Dark 13°, English-style ALE 12° and now also Gluten-Free 11°. During Advent we also offer a Christmas Lager with cinnamon 11°.
The brewery is one of the successful Czech companies. It exports beer to more than 50 countries on all continents. The original Budweiser Budvar lager is also popular among consumers thanks to its unique maturation period of 90 days.
