Restaurant with honest home cooking. Based on seasonal and regional ingredients, each season has its own specific menu. We cook international dishes with an emphasis on domestic cuisine. We source our food from local farmers and tested suppliers with an emphasis on quality.

You can spend your holidays in the Moravian countryside surrounded by unspoilt nature. You can taste traditional cuisine, relax on the terrace and enjoy the closeness to each other.

We operate the brewery of the movie Postřižin. We focus on wholesale and retail sales. We produce beer Dalešická 11°, Májové 13°, Fledermaus 13%, occasional beers Osvald 10%, Bohemie 12%, Tadeáš 14%, Dreher 12%, Bock 16% and others. We have won a number of awards including the Czech Brewers Award.

Operation of an Italian restaurant.

Restaurant with a capacity of 90 seats. Offer of Czech and international cuisine and drinks. Possibility of organizing banquets, wedding receptions, family celebrations or corporate events and parties. There is a lounge with a capacity for 40 people and a garden with a capacity for 50 people. We provide food delivery.

We can bring the beauty of South Moravia to your plate. We don't go far for inspiration when creating menus, we look around and choose from ingredients typical of the region and the seasons. You can taste fresh fish from Pohořelice or cheese from a farm just below Pálava.

We operate a family microbrewery. We brew bottom and top fermented beers. We sell beer in kegs (20, 30, 50 litres) and 1l pet bottles. We also rent tap equipment.

Restaurant operation. We offer traditional Czech and Moravian cuisine. The menu includes classic Czech dishes and we do not forget about those who do not eat meat. We organize birthday parties, corporate parties, weddings, graduation parties, weekend and seasonal culinary events.

We brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. Malt from the Kroměříž region and Žatecký hops give our beer the best taste and quality. We produce beer using the craft process with fermentation in open vats. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with all the health benefits and traditional taste.

We are one of the smallest breweries in the Czech Republic, specializing in top-fermented beers straight from the heart of the wine region.

The brewery offers a selection of Pilsner-type lager.

The brewery focuses mainly on bottom and top fermented beers.
