We operate a brewery with a restaurant and a growing distillery.

Brewery in the city centre with restaurant and beer spa. The UNESCO World Heritage site retains a genius loci that invites uniqueness. With respect for tradition, we are therefore creating something special here.

Restaurant with a capacity of 90 seats. Offer of Czech and international cuisine and drinks. Possibility of organizing banquets, wedding receptions, family celebrations or corporate events and parties. There is a lounge with a capacity for 40 people and a garden with a capacity for 50 people. We provide food delivery.

The brewery produces beer from quality ingredients according to original recipes. We offer several types of beer, Dukat, Perun, Patriot, Premium, Kounic, Comenius, yeasty. We conduct brewery tours.

The beer is brewed in the traditional way from Pilsner-type malt from the regional malting plant in Záhlinice. Our brewery has an annual production of 800 hectolitres. We recommend ordering larger quantities in advance, as all types may not always be available. We also sell beer in kegs to order.

We operate a microbrewery, restaurant and museum. We brew both classic beers and specialty beers. You can enjoy a wide range of specialties of Czech and international cuisine. Our pride is hamburgers, steaks, grilled neck, chicken wings and marinated pork ribs.

We brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. Malt from the Kroměříž region and Žatecký hops give our beer the best taste and quality. We produce beer using the craft process with fermentation in open vats. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with all the health benefits and traditional taste.

We operate a yeast brewery.

We provide a place to rest when visiting the Bata Canal, during a cycling trip in Chřiby and its surroundings, or just like that. We offer a varied selection of soups, mince pies and vegetable salads, grilled specialties headed by grilled knee.

Operation of a microbrewery.

We operate a craft brewery specializing in bottom-fermented beers (lagers and IPLs). We organize group tours and beer tastings. Regulars:Saddleback 11%, Saddleback 12%, Fortuna Major IPL, Friends of the Hawaiian Coast IPA. Occasionally: McHugo-Ale, Kill Bill-IPL, Mariska-APA.
