We produce traditional unpasteurized beers from quality ingredients. Water from our own deep wells, hops from our own hop farms in Polepské Blaty and malt from independent Moravian and Czech maltings. In our premises we offer brewery tours, accommodation in the castle hotel, shop and restaurant.
The brewery is located in a former baroque malt house. We've brought together experienced chefs, a skilled brewer, trained friendly staff and set it all in a sensitively restored space with an unassuming design. You can come see for yourself on your own palate.
We produce beer in the traditional way, classic bottom-fermented lager. Available in glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and kegs. We organize excursions for the public in Czech, English and German. Rooms available for seminars, company parties and other social events.
We operate a restaurant with traditional Czech cuisine prepared in a modern way. The capacity of the restaurant is 100 seats. We also have an outdoor garden. We will pack your food to go. We provide delivery of ready meals.
The brewery is located in the Bohemian Paradise region and the local people produce beer for you in the traditional way, which has its tradition since 1850. You can taste for example our Skalák 11%.
We operate a pizzeria and cafe offering hot and cold dishes as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We specialise in pizza, pasta, fish and salads. We also offer mixed drinks and coffee. We organize various gastronomic events. There is an outdoor terrace and a children's play area.
The hotel offers accommodation with wellness in the Bohemian Paradise. There is a restaurant with a summer terrace and barbecue and a pizzeria with a café. Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. The story of our microbrewery began in 2014, when as a beer lover I was not satisfied with the quality of beer served by the big breweries. So I decided to learn how to brew my own beer. In 2018, I inaugurated the doors of my own microbrewery.
