The idea of expanding the restaurant to include a brewery was realized in 2020. The restaurant has almost a century of tradition and having its own beer was lacking. We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized, honest beers. You can taste classic lagers and top-fermented beers with us.

We offer quality beer brewed with respect to traditional recipes. We offer a wide range of beer styles that will please every beer lover. We believe in the power of good beer and its ability to bring people together. Our beer is aged with care to bring you a unique experience.

Restaurant offering Dashitsa beer and old Czech dishes, specialties from the grill and tastings of traditional Ukrainian national dishes. In the summer months there is a garden restaurant.

We operate a microbrewery with a range of light, garnet and dark lager, Vienna special, AMBER IPA, RYE DARK IPA and festive 14°. We distribute our range in decorative and PET bottles as well as 5 litre kegs. We also sell promotional items including T-shirts, glasses and coasters with our logo.

The restaurant and sports bar offers broadcasts of sports programs on large screen projection and TV, ready meals, specialties of Czech and international cuisine, capacity for 200 people and a lounge for 40 people. We can arrange social events, trainings, seminars, weddings, graduations, private and corporate events.

We operate a restaurant with a capacity of 250 seats. We offer steaks, minute meals, ready meals and 4 types of Staropramen beer including tank beer. There is a covered terrace. There is WiFi throughout the pub, air conditioning and big screens for sports.

The microbrewery opened in January 2015.

We operate a restaurant offering a daily menu. We offer the possibility of organizing trainings, conferences, weddings, balls, concerts, etc.

Choceň Craft Brewery. After four decades, we are picking up exactly where it used to be brewed with taste and love for craft.

Our goal is to brew really good beer, especially traditional Czech lagers are and will be our pride and flagship. We will also brew seasonal beers and various specials. We have our own brewer, Mr. Jan Žižka, whose name fits perfectly with the story of the Abbotovice monastery.

Operation of the brewery. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer composed of raw materials: drinking water, yeast, barley malt, hop products. It is possible to deliver or collect beer directly in the brewery.

We produce bottom-fermented pilsner-type beers from draught beers 10% Hradební, through lagers 11% Otakar, 11% Kunhuta, 12% Záviš and also strong beers 13% František Bittner and 13% Eliška. We offer our unpasteurized beer in KEG kegs and 0.5 l NRW bottles. We sell beer 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from 5:30 am to 10 pm.
