Manufacture of Tambor beer, light lager and dark and semi-dark specials.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

Operation of the microbrewery.

Restaurant and café with traditional mainly Czech cuisine and a capacity of 70 people. Lounge for birthday celebrations, weddings, graduations.... Lunch menu on weekdays and weekends. A wide selection of Julius Meinl coffee, our refreshing lemonades, draught kofola and Bernard beer. Air-conditioned rooms.

In addition to traditional Czech delicacies, you can enjoy grilled specialties, meatless dishes or salads and fresh pasta. For coffee we offer desserts of our own production. We will also delight you with a wide range of mixed drinks, bottled wine or homemade lemonades.

Operation of the brewery.

We are a flying brewery founded in 2016 and we brew our beers in craft breweries that we choose carefully. This gives us the opportunity to experiment and provides much needed freedom and independence.
