Manufacture of Tambor beer, light lager and dark and semi-dark specials.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

Operation of the microbrewery.

A restaurant and café serving traditional, mostly Czech cuisine, with seating for 70 people. A private room for birthday parties, weddings, and graduation celebrations. Lunch menu available on weekdays and weekends. A wide selection of Julius Meinl coffee, our refreshing lemonades, draft Kofola, and Bernard beer. Air-conditioned premises.

In addition to traditional Czech delicacies, you can enjoy grilled specialties, meatless dishes or salads and fresh pasta. For coffee we offer desserts of our own production. We will also delight you with a wide range of mixed drinks, bottled wine or homemade lemonades.

We offer a wide selection of quality beers, including light and dark lagers, IPAs and ales. Our products are available in a variety of formats such as pet bottles and cans. Let's enjoy the taste of our delicious beers together.

Operation of the brewery.

We are a flying brewery founded in 2016 and we brew our beers in craft breweries that we choose carefully. This gives us the opportunity to experiment and provides much needed freedom and independence.
