We operate a brewery with a cellar. We serve tank beer Domažlická 10 and Domažlická 12. The capacity of the pub is 130 people and there is a lounge with 40 seats. We offer cold cuts, cheeses, gins, rums, lemonades and ciders.

We brew Golden Gourmet, Gentle Gourmet, Dark Gourmet and Wheat Gourmet beers according to original recipes and let them age honestly, as they were aged back then, without preservatives or filtration. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. It is an ideal place for family celebrations, anniversaries, weddings or corporate meetings. Sitting in a pleasant environment is enhanced by the view into the fireplace stove, excellent home cooking and attentive and friendly service. We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.

Operation of a brewery restaurant. Beer is tapped from a tap room connected directly to the brewery's lager tanks. The beer hall located on the ground floor has a capacity of 80 people. On the 1st floor it provides seating for 90 people with the possibility of connecting the premises with a conference hall.

Brewery with a tradition of a bourgeois brewery, founded in 1787. Iron ore beer is brewed according to old recipes and is unpasteurized and unfiltered. In the stylish brasserie right in the brewery's brewhouse you can taste all kinds of our beer - from light 10 to dark or honey 13 and other specials.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

Unique old Bohemian beer hall of the Knížecí brewery in Plasy. On 16 taps we offer a wide range of unfiltered and unpasteurized beers from the historic brewery in Plasy.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.
