The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. We operate a microbrewery with a restaurant and a beer hall. We brew and tap unfiltered and unpasteurized beers ourselves. There are classic bottom-fermented beers as well as top-fermented specials. The restaurant offers a lunch menu, soups, appetizers, main courses, desserts and children's meals.

Pivovar Strakonice 1649, a.s. is a traditional Czech beer producer owned directly by the town of Strakonice. Under the main brand Dudák it produces a wide portfolio of unpasteurized beers. In addition to the flagship light lagers, the brewery also offers specialty beers, dark beers and non-alcoholic variants.

We offer extraordinary dining experiences in a quiet and cozy environment. Our specialty is Charolais beef steaks, mostly from our own unconventional breeding.

Brewery with a tradition of a bourgeois brewery, founded in 1787. Iron ore beer is brewed according to old recipes and is unpasteurized and unfiltered. In the stylish brasserie right in the brewery's brewhouse you can taste all kinds of our beer - from light 10 to dark or honey 13 and other specials.

We operate a flying brewery. Meanwhile, we brew beer at friendly breweries using our recipes and brew our own beer.

Operation of the brewery. We produce Fabian beer, we offer light draught beer 10%, light lager 12% and dark special Bavarian type beer 14%.

We have been brewing beer since 2009, when the first batch was made. Today we brew 30 beers a year, deliver beer to over 100 locations and employ 15 people in the brewery. Stop by our store for a draft or bottled to go, or for a meal in our gastropub where BBQ food awaits.

The brewery is located in the building of the Čížov chateau and sells Czech Pilsner-type beer. The beer is filled into 15 l, 20 l, 30 l and 50 l KEG kegs, 1.5 l PET bottles are also available. The beers on tap are 10° PEPA light lager, 11° JOSEF light lager, 12° OLAF light lager.

We run a brewery. We offer Golden Roe, Golden Roe and wheat or semi-dark beers. Specialty beers on the daily menu are IPA, Honey Deer and Porter.

We produce beer using the traditional craft method.
