Operation of a restaurant and brewery. Seating available in garden, lounge and non-smoking room. Offering game specialities, steaks, homemade sausages and other dishes. The restaurant has a capacity of 100 seats and a lounge with 90 seats. Possibility of organizing corporate celebrations, parties and weddings. Video production is available.

Operation of the brewery. We produce Fabian beer, we offer light draught beer 10%, light lager 12% and dark special Bavarian type beer 14%.

We operate a brewery. In Blatná today we brew two types of beer, namely lager and semi-dark lager.

The brewery has been producing Bakalář brand beer using classic Czech technology since 1454. It offers the following types of beer: Bakalář pale lager cold hopped, B. non-alcoholic, B. dark ten, B. light ten, B. cut ten, B. honey special, Rakovar, Velikonoční speciál and Pražačka and Černovar beers.

We operate a brewery with a cellar. We serve tank beer Domažlická 10 and Domažlická 12. The capacity of the pub is 130 people and there is a lounge with 40 seats. We offer cold cuts, cheeses, gins, rums, lemonades and ciders.

You can look forward to sausage, meatloaf or pulled pork, but we also have something for vegetarians. There are also three types of draft beer, homemade lemonade and other soft drinks.

We offer 8 beers on tap. We organize weddings, social events, birthday parties, etc. We offer accommodation.

Beer from our brewery.

We brew 13 types of bottom-fermented beers and hopped beer. The beers and hopped beer can be tasted on tap or purchased to go. The brewery restaurant offers mainly Czech cuisine, including cold.
