The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. The brewery has been producing Bakalář brand beer using classic Czech technology since 1454. It offers the following types of beer: Bakalář pale lager cold hopped, B. non-alcoholic, B. dark ten, B. light ten, B. cut ten, B. honey special, Rakovar, Velikonoční speciál and Pražačka and Černovar beers.

We focus on the production of beer exclusively from natural ingredients without chemical additives. We are already serving Vasnosta 10° - a light draught beer, Vidlak 11° - a wheat beer, Metternich 12° - a light lager, Felčar 13° - a semi-dark lager. We accept reservations for private parties, class reunions, corporate events, weddings.

We are a small family brewery from Pilsen with a tradition since 2008. We are engaged in the production of traditional lagers and modern "ales". Our new subsidiary brand The Barn Beer co. specializes in the latter. You can taste the beers in the brewery pub.
