Operation of the flying brewery.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

We run a brewery. You can taste Flekovský lager, see the brewery museum and the brewery itself. We are one of the few breweries in Central Europe where beer has been brewed continuously for more than 500 years. For many guests, we are a pilgrimage site for Prague and Czech brewers.

The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.
