Operation of the brewery. We produce Fabian beer, we offer light draught beer 10%, light lager 12% and dark special Bavarian type beer 14%.

We offer all types of beers from 10° to ALE and IPY.

We offer 8 beers on tap. We organize weddings, social events, birthday parties, etc. We offer accommodation.

Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

Restaurant Kulturák & Kozel from November 2025 under the management of Kozlovna Beroun.

We brew 13 types of bottom-fermented beers and hopped beer. The beers and hopped beer can be tasted on tap or purchased to go. The brewery restaurant offers mainly Czech cuisine, including cold.

The restaurant has a capacity of 100 seats and a lounge with 90 seats. Possibility of organizing corporate celebrations, parties and weddings. Video production is available.

In the pub you can enjoy our cuisine over lunch and in the evening the doors open for goodies with a beer and a well-smoothed draft beer.

We brew traditional Czech beer of Pilsner type, light and semi-dark lager, as well as occasionally semi-dark special or top-fermented pale ale. You can buy our beer directly in the brewery in PET bottles of 1 or 2 litres or 25 or 30l kegs. We will be happy to create a custom label for you.

We are a family run cosy restaurant with our own microbrewery. We specialize in traditional Czech cuisine with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients. We will be happy to prepare a banquet, celebration, wedding or corporate party for you. You can taste excellent beers of our own production and delicious meals.

You can come to the brewery to enjoy a pint of our craft beer and the traditional Czech cuisine we lovingly prepare for you. And take a seat in our beer room, which we have decorated for you in traditional style. In the upper part of the building above the brewery, we offer authentic accommodation for beer and train lovers.

We brew mainly special and unusual beers. The purpose of experimental research is to find out how far the boundaries of beer can be pushed and where they actually lie, if they exist at all.
