Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.

A modern brewery with a two-barrel 5 hl brewhouse that proudly claims its hometown. You can taste Bubenečský lager, which is very successful, as well as ALE, Osmička and many other beers. And not only that, we also cook very well.

An outwardly unassuming restaurant that surprises with a pleasant interior and great food. You'll find Italian-inspired dishes - pasta and risotto, seafood, grilled meats and delicious pizza. The restaurant offers space for 50 people, the possibility of holding parties in the lounge and an outdoor garden in summer.

In the first craft brewery in Mala Strana, founded by "Sláveček" Miloslav Fučík, we brew various beers according to recipes from all over the world. You can taste e.g. bottom-fermented lager of Pilsner type, yeast beer, Stout, Pale and Bavarian type beer.

We brew 13 types of bottom-fermented beers and hopped beer. The beers and hopped beer can be tasted on tap or purchased to go. The brewery restaurant offers mainly Czech cuisine, including cold.

We are a modern microbrewery with a restaurant. We brew mainly top-fermented specials, but you will surely find good lagers here as well. The restaurant has a capacity of 120 people and we serve very good Czech cuisine with beer.
