We are a cozy inn in the historic building of Únětice brewery with a classic inn atmosphere. We have directly brewed beer, Czech cuisine from regional ingredients and homemade desserts. We run a brewery. We focus mainly on teaching students with a study focus on brewing and malting. Possibility of courses for the public.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.
