We are brewers who strive for excellence. Our focus is on beer. Not craft, not industrial, just beer. Our passion is hoppy lagers, and of course world beer styles like Hefeweizen, APA, IPA and strong beers aged in wooden whiskey, calvados and cognac barrels.

Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. We have preserved the traditional technology of Czech beer production, which our ancestors have been brewing for thousands of years. We offer beers made from quality hops, malt and pure water. We operate a microbrewery offering yeasty light or semi-dark lager Vendelín. The beers are distributed in 30 and 50 litre kegs.

We are bros from a village in the Polabí region where everyone has to know how to fix a bike, mix concrete, kick a fichtl and shoot an air rifle. Vojta is a brewer, a former homebrew guy and at that time a philute. Tomas is an architect and motivator. There's only one thing in the world we like better than a lazy life in the country. We run a flying brewery founded by the Varga brothers. In addition to traditional lager, we offer mostly top-fermented beers. The beers are available in glass bottles or kegs.
