A modern brewery with a two-vessel 5 hl brewhouse and its own restaurant, which proudly identifies with its home neighborhood. Throughout the year, you can sample our highly acclaimed Bubeneč Lager, as well as Ale, Stout, Philly Sour, and 3 to 4 other specialty beers that change throughout the year.

The brewery is located in a former baroque malt house. We've brought together experienced chefs, a skilled brewer, trained friendly staff and set it all in a sensitively restored space with an unassuming design. You can come see for yourself on your own palate.

We produce traditional unpasteurized beers from quality ingredients. Water from our own deep wells, hops from our own hop farms in Polepské Blaty and malt from independent Moravian and Czech maltings. In our premises we offer brewery tours, accommodation in the castle hotel, shop and restaurant.

Family brewery with tradition since 2007. In the historic brewery we brew beer in the traditional way on the original copper brewhouse from 1936. The brewery currently brews 5 types of permanent beers and a number of specials throughout the year. We have our own shop and also a pub. Stop by.

The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

Our family-owned craft brewery specializes in producing unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, such as classic Czech lagers, top-fermented wheat beers, and various types of ales. All of our beers are characterized by a distinctive flavor and a more pronounced bitterness, guaranteeing a unique experience for every beer lover.

We cater for 20-750 people and run a catering service with lunches available Monday to Friday (on site and takeaway). For corporate events, weddings and celebrations we can prepare turnkey barbecues and buffets. We pride ourselves on locally sourced ingredients and we grill sela and other great food on beech wood.
