We started our journey as a flying brewery in 2014 until we grew into our own brewery built in a historic industrial area. Here we have been brewing all of our beers since 2020, which we are happy to deliver to your home or you can pick up directly from us.

Production and sale of beer.

We operate our own microbrewery. We brew several types of beer: from light lagers to semi-dark to dark. We also brew ales, stouts and wheat beers.

Connecting room - an ideal meeting place. The brewery and restaurant with a spacious terrace also includes an outdoor stand with a garden and a year-round children's playground. We run a microbrewery offering light and dark lager, semi-dark specials, IPA, Ginger Ale, wheat and herbal beers and English Porter. We also supply gift vouchers, labels, beer glasses, coasters and magnetic openers. We also provide tap and cask hire.

Operation of the brewery. Kolčavka Brewery was established in 2014 and since then it has become an integral part of Prague Libeň. A big change occurred when the brewery moved to Lihovarská Street in 2021, where it operates together with the Beseder restaurant.

The brewery was founded for the love of beer in 2021, inspired by the life and work of Czech novelist Bohumil Hrabal. On tap we offer 7 types of beer and various beer specials combined with modern gastronomy. We look forward to your visit.

Brewery with restaurant. Lunch menu and permanent menu. Own unfiltered and unpasteurised beers, bottom and top fermented. Beer also to go in PET bottles or kegs.
