We are engaged in the production of traditional unpasteurized beer. We use malt produced in our own malting plant and Czech hops. We promote our own yeast. We produce bottled and cask beers. We offer light, cut and dark lager, non-alcoholic light and semi-dark beer or mixed beer drinks.
We operate a brewery. We provide production and sale of beer Ježek 10°, 11° and 12°. We also focus on unpasteurized tank beer. We provide public tours and foreign language tours.
Operation of the brewery. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer composed of raw materials: drinking water, yeast, barley malt, hop products. It is possible to deliver or collect beer directly in the brewery.

In our old mill-style restaurant you can enjoy fish specialties from up to 11 types of fresh fish, which we keep in a unique way - live in the basement of the restaurant, which guarantees 100% freshness. We also offer steaks and various minute and meatless dishes and brew our own Harrach beer.
