We operate a winery and an apartment. We are engaged in the production and sale of wines.

A family-run vineyard in the heart of the Pálava Hills with a wine cellar and a guest house for 6 people, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In the wine cellar we organize group tastings with refreshments for up to 30 people. At your request, we will be happy to arrange a dulcimer band, which will only emphasize the pleasant experience of our cellar.

We focus on the production of honest wines with a distinctive character, which are created by precise work in the vineyard and in the cellar. We create each batch of wine by elegantly combining modern technology with traditional practices. Our goal is to create pure, elegant wines with unmistakable character.

Operation of a wine cellar. During a guided tasting you will learn about the work of a Moravian winemaker, see the production technology from the grape reception, through the pressing room, fermentation cellar, cellar for aging wines, bottling and storage areas of our winery.

Discover quality Moravian wines with a distinctive character. At Šabata Winery we specialize in the production of sparkling wines fermented in the traditional bottle method, as well as a range of batonnage, barrique and ice wines. In our e-shop you will find dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines.

We offer seating for up to 45 people. In the cellar we pour our own cask wines as well as bottled wines. The premises can be used for guided tastings, corporate parties, family and social celebrations or just to sit for two.

We are a small young family winery. We concentrate on producing wines from grapes that ripen on our 5 hectares of vineyards. We take care of our vineyards with respect for nature and the landscape. Our annual production is 30,000 bottles of unique appellation wines.

We offer accommodation with a touch of Moravian countryside in four accommodation facilities that can accommodate up to 95 people. You can choose from a hotel, six bungalows, Moravian cottage or stellplatz.

We are engaged in the cultivation of grapevines, production and sale of cask and bottled quality or predicate wines. We offer varieties of Veltliner Green, Riesling, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Moravia, Dornfelder and others. We own wine cellars.
