The Wine Breeding Station has continued the tradition of the Provincial Vine School founded in 1901 to whose legacy it proudly subscribes. The André variety was bred here and work began on the breeding of the Pálava, Aurelius and Agni varieties, which were later completed in Perná.

Since 1986 we have been producing wine in the traditional wine-growing village of Dolní Dunajovice. More than 30 years have passed since the first vineyard and today we take care of nearly 4 hectares of vine rows. We have also built a pleasant family guesthouse with a capacity of 19 people and up to 24 people with extra beds.

At Šabata Winery we specialize in the production of sparkling wines fermented in the traditional bottle method, as well as a range of batonnage, barrique and ice wines. In our e-shop you will find dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines.
