Operation of the restaurant.

Bavendo Bistro focuses on Tex-Mex cuisine and burgers. Meals are prepared using only quality ingredients. We make our own jerky, sauces and other ingredients. The mushrooms are baked by our baker, our beef is exclusively from Czech farms from young bulls up to 2 years old.

We offer draft beers from small breweries, natural wines, selected coffee, our lemonades, seasonal international cuisine with and without meat, premium spirits and cocktails. When visiting over the weekend, table reservations are recommended.

We run a bistro offering jerk meat, Belgian fries, quesadillas, nachos and Belgian waffles. We also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and coffee.

We run an Asian bistro with poke. Our poke bowls are carefully crafted with the finest ingredients - from premium salmon and tuna to crispy vegetables, flavourful sauces and perfectly seasoned rice.

We offer burgers, pastrami, sandwiches and seasonal dishes. We like to make things ourselves, so all our sauces and pastries are homemade. Our burgers and sandwiches can be enjoyed on their own or on the menu with fries and homemade lemonade.

We run a bistro. We offer fast espresso, good dessert, great breakfast and tasty lunch. The bistro is the perfect place for a nice business meeting, or even a "I'll just turn in for a minute" and end up staying all afternoon.
