Massages in Jihlava tailored to your body. I can help with pain in your back, neck, lower back, and the area between your shoulder blades, as well as tension in your glutes. I’ll tailor the massage to your specific needs—sometimes it’s necessary to apply firm pressure, and other times to slow down and use a gentler touch.

Individual massage care that respects the uniqueness of each person. I work slowly, in depth, trusting in the body's natural intelligence. Each massage is different - sometimes quiet and supportive, sometimes focused on a specific tension or pain. Sports massage - Trigger point therapy - Dorn method.
