A community of lecturers and Pilates movement specialists to address back, spine and joint pain based on international physiotherapy concepts, Pilates and the 3D functional musculoskeletal anatomy system. We work with athletes as well as the general client population including medical limitations.

Fitness centre

The fitness centre includes a gym, cardio zone, spinning, indoor classes and rowing machines. Other services include InBody analysis, tailored diet and training plans, personal trainers and ems (electromyostimulation or electrical muscle stimulation) exercises.

We run aqua aerobics classes at the school swimming pool. The experience and extensive experience of our instructors will provide you with quality exercise and perfect relaxation. We look forward to seeing you.

We are a school of movement, strength and fitness. We specialize in self-weight training, kettlebell and kettlebell training according to the methodology of the prestigious international organization StrongFirst.
