We operate a fitness center with a gym. We offer aquaerobics for parents with children and for pregnant women. There is an aerobic room, cardio zone, cycling room, P-class, pilates or circuit training. You can use the TECHNOGYM machines, skating machines, cardio machines and stretching zone to work out.

We design and build outdoor gyms and street workout sets, we offer outdoor fitness machines for all generations in several materials for fitness parks, fitness trails, fitness playgrounds and sports facilities. I offer aerobics and spinning classes, special exercises with Gravity body weight, bodystyling and expander fitness. I run a sports academy with classes for beginners and trainers. I focus on teaching fitness instructors, aerobics, power yoga or other forms of exercise.

I have been working as a personal fitness trainer since 2016. I lead personal training and group classes. I specialize in developmental kinesiology in exercise functional training and stretching unlearning faulty p. stereotypes.
