Individual therapy, psychosocial counselling, supervision support to people in challenging life situations, people suffering from addiction or mental health problems and their loved ones and people,individual and team supervision to support workers, tutoring.

The main activities of the civic association include support for the transformation of residential social services, turnkey seminars - lifelong learning for social workers and officials, supervision in social services, provision of consultations on the development of the quality of social services, quality audits and more.

We are engaged in preparing and conducting trainings especially in management and business skills, time and work organization, effective communication, presentation. Collaborates on assessment, motivation and selection systems, implements Assessment and Development Centres. We are also engaged in psychodiagnostics and coaching.
