The main activities of the civic association include support for the transformation of residential social services, turnkey seminars - lifelong learning for social workers and officials, supervision in social services, provision of consultations on the development of the quality of social services, quality audits and more.

I offer couples counseling, psychotherapy and psychosomatics. I deal with issues in family and marital crisis and stress, developmental crisis. Then also communication problems, interpersonal relationship issues, loneliness, self-development and self-concept, personal journey and psychosomatics.

Supporting the development and practical application of new methods of supervision, coaching, psychotherapy, conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, human resource work. Increasing the quality of services in the field of supervision. Ensuring and developing the expertise of members. Promoting the dissemination of supervision to other areas of work with people.

We are a voluntary professional association of supervisors in the helping professions, particularly in the social services, education and health care sectors.
