Welcome to our family-run guesthouse, located in the picturesque landscape of the Macha region, surrounded by forests near the Ploučnice River. Peace and quiet, a forest right behind the fence, a wood-burning stove, and a fire pit with a grill (a pig roast grill is available upon request). Sleeps 12, with extra beds for up to 16. Air conditioning throughout, 500 m from the swimming pool, located on a bike trail. Nearby are Žleby Castle and the Kutílek Distillery.

The cottage has a balcony, a bedroom, a living room and a well-equipped kitchenette. There is also a spacious terrace. Guests have unlimited use of the private spa, which consists of a sauna for two people and a barrel that can be used as a cooling pool or as a hot tub.
