We offer accommodation for students in double rooms with toilet and washbasin or in cells consisting of two triple rooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV, drinks and telephone coin machine, on-site parking and a multi-purpose pitch.

The ranch is located between the villages of Malé Nepodřice and Zátaví, 4km from the district town of Písek directly on the cycle path No. 1049.
