The main activity of the cooperative is to ensure the management of the majority cooperative housing stock in the district of Louny, including owner-occupied apartments. We also specialize in the preparation and implementation of construction, the operation of buildings and the provision of services related to housing.

We manage about 8000 housing units and 1400 garages in the territory of Kladno and its surroundings. The cooperative has a very productive management of the housing stock. As the privatization of the housing stock progresses, the cooperative is increasingly profiling itself as an experienced house manager (over 100 HOAs and two housing cooperatives).
