The subject of activity is mainly property management and maintenance. The cooperative ensures the operation of residential and non-residential buildings owned by itself and owned by others. In addition, its activities provide services associated with the use of houses, apartments, non-residential premises and garages.

We provide all building works including building supervision and waste disposal. We operate not only in the vicinity of Pribram, but after agreement throughout the Czech Republic. We offer reconstruction and rebuilding, property management and maintenance and more.
