We are a family-owned smokehouse with a tradition spanning more than thirty years (since 1993), specializing primarily in the production and sale of artisanal meat products. Our products are made using the latest technologies, while respecting time-tested methods. The company is now run by the third generation of the Pelant family.

We produce luxury delicacies according to original recipes. In the Palace of Taste you can taste our entire range. Tastings, excursions to the manufactory, selected coffee, homemade sandwiches and ice cream in season await you. Cyclists can use the electric bike charging station.
