I help to overcome life difficulties, crisis situations, relationship conflicts and psychosomatic problems. During the sessions I also work with breath, movement and relaxation.

I am a coach and guide, I offer individual sessions in Pilsen or online. I organize seminars, courses, lectures, counseling circles. I use classical coaching methods and neuro-linguistic programming, which I complement with storytelling, imagery and techniques to dissolve pain and emotions.
