The goal is freedom from fears, phobias, anger, grief, feelings of powerlessness, exclusion, guilt. The past does not change, but the emotional traumas and the focus on negative experiences disappear.

I use kinesiology to help unblock stress, fear, tension and psychosomatic pain. Kinesiology is an alternative to therapy, it is a gentle but very effective way to change in a safe space. Short appointment times, sessions available in the evenings and weekends.
