We are a small, family-run coffee roastery offering you a selection of coffees from all over the world. We also specialise in supplying coffee and coffee machines to companies and institutions. We like to process basic raw materials, which is why you will also find our own microbrewery and restaurant.

We offer delivery of pizza, burgers, salads, pasta and drinks.

We are specialists in ice cream mixes for spun ice cream, shaved ice, waffles, pancakes and iced coffee. We offer decorative wafers and tubes, toppings, fruit in jelly and party bottles. We supply ice cream makers for ice cream, ice chips and spiral ice cream.

Roastery of Rebelbean coffee.

A multi-genre music club continuously operating since the early 90s as an alternative to the mainstream music scene. The club is open all year round as a place to meet and have fun in a specific, electrifying atmosphere of a student club.

Rebelbean Pole in Černá Pole is a place where creativity knows no bounds. In the unique space of a former research institute, featuring a sculptural wall by Eva Kmentová, we offer specialty coffee from our own roastery, all-day brunch, J. Stávek wine, and Zichovec beer. We have a large children’s play area and an outdoor patio, and dogs are welcome.

Manufacture of bakery products. We supply baguettes, sandwiches, dairy products, rolls, breads, buns, dalamans and cereals. We produce gingerbread, cakes, strudels, buns, folded cakes, tops and Christmas cakes. We are engaged in the production of gluten-free bakery and mill products.

Operation of the apprentice restaurant.

We sell Italian ice cream in the summer and cakes and pastries in the winter.
