We are a family-owned artisan bakery. Our renowned product is Zlivický bread made from real sourdough. True leaven means alive and is created by the natural fermentation of rye flour. After the leaven has ripened properly, wheat flour is added and the bread dough is kneaded. Zlivický bread is baked in a steam oven.

Gluten-free bakery. We bake fresh gluten-free pastries of high quality daily.

We continue the tradition of Světozor Fruit Delicatessen, which dates back to the mid-1970s. We bake and sell over 80 varieties of cakes, great sandwiches, sandwiches and platters. We prepare ice creams, sundaes, milkshakes and mini desserts. We have an e-shop with delivery in Prague.
