The cottage is a former school for the children of the Sudeten Highlanders in the heart of the Orlické Mountains and near the highest peak of the OH Velké Deštná at 800 m above sea level. It offers accommodation for 24 people in 7 bedrooms. It is rented as a whole.

The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The forest is directly behind the house. The access road to the settlement is blind, so there is minimal traffic. The cottage is 1200m from the reservoir. The garden is generally fenced, there is a sandpit, a children's swing and a hanging swing for adults.
